This project was a 4,000 sqft single family residence with detached garage and ADU located in Coronado, CA. The project included plumbing design for sewer, cold and hot water, storm drain and natural gas. The project consisted of 6 bathrooms, 3 water heaters, and 1 laundry room. Storm drain was provide for the flat deck roof areas. Natural gas calculations for sizing and layout were provided to serve the many gas fired appliances. The detached garage and ADU included 2 bathrooms and a kitchen space. Residential title 24 compliance calculations were provided as required to meet energy code in California.
