Dunbar Summit tenant improvement project is a 10,000 sqft warehouse / office space renovation. Zoning/ duct layout was revised to fit the new programming requirements of the new tenants. The mechanical consisted of ducted split system fan coils and packaged rooftop heat pump units. To minimize construction costs, the existing equipment was utilized as much as possible. The existing bathrooms and breakrooms were redesigned and provided with code compliant ventilation and exhaust systems. The plumbing system changes included an added janitor’s closet with a new mop sink. Coordination with the plumbing contractor was required to verify that the new janitors room could tie into the existing system.
