Pricesmart Tenant improvement project is an office tenant improvement project. The project consists of seven new exterior offices, a remodeled break room, and a revised IT room. The mechanical design required calculations and revised zoning to meet the new requirements of the space. The mechanical system was variable air volume boxes with reheat coils.
