Stifel Tenant improvement project is a 3,000 sqft office renovation project located in Carlsbad, CA. The project renovated an existing office area for a tenant to remain. The mechanical system required minor zoning changes and reduct of existing water source heat pump units. Ventilation calculations were preformed for the entire project area to ensure the air quality was safe and code compliant.
